Before this book starts, I would like to start by adding the following notes:

- If you couldn't tell (or if you haven't read the original), this is a Ruby x Vade book (sorry CJ x Ruby shippers if there's still any around)
- THIS IS A REWRITE OF THE ORIGINAL SWEETER THAN CANDY WITH A NEW PLOT, HOWEVER THE SHIP AND CHARACTERS STAY THE SAME!
- The characters are more diverse in this story! A few include but are not limited to:
[Ruby being plus-sized with Peter's Anomaly :3 (Other characters have physical and/or mental disorders/disabilities as well which will be introduced throughout the story)
CJ being transmasc (has his top surgery, saving up for his bottom surgery)
Faith having a slight lisp
Uhm uhm uhm intersex Vade
a few characters being POC to make them more diverse (i feel like them being mainly basic white characters with Abel being the only POC there is kinda disappointing :[ ) (This includes Ruby, CJ, Faith, Olley, and Vade)]
